30% reservation deposit;
In case of booking cancellation the deposit will be retained only if the cancellation occurs after the 15th day that precedes the arrival.
The full payment, at the key delivery, can be cash or with an early bank transfer.
Fees are daily per room.
Minimum staying is 2 days.
Minimum stay for the apartment 2 days.
The fee includes: bed and bathroom linen, room service after the third day with Towel, cooking corner.
The fee doesn’t include cooking corner clean service.
Extra: daily stay tax €1 per person, extra daily bathroom change on request for a fee.
